This full basement renovation provided additional seating for the family to spend time and watch TV, a play area for the kids, as well as additional sleeping quarters for this family of five's guests that often visit their beach house on the water. In the main area, two sectionals convert to sleepers with plenty of floor space to play, as well as work out in front of the large mirror.

An upstairs guest room gets a makeover for the client's young daughter in fresh whites with pops of bright colors and gold accents, reminiscent of Lily Pulitzer.

The basement is complete with an additional laundry area, classic bathroom and a private guest room.
