Portsmouth Paradise

An addition over the garage, expansion and renovation of existing spaces yielded a new mudroom, laundry room, game room, bedroom, bathrooms and storage room. Custom designed cabinetry was installed in much of this new space, creating tons of storage for the client's large family and a welcome way to entertain guests.

A full basement renovation provided additional seating for the family to spend time and watch TV, a play area for the kids, as well as additional sleeping quarters for this family of fives' guests that often visit their beach house on the water. In the main area, two sectionals convert to sleepers with plenty of floor space to play, as well as work out in front of the large mirror.

The basement is complete with an additional laundry area, classic bathroom and a private guest room.

An upstairs guest room gets a makeover for the client's young daughter in fresh whites with pops of bright colors and gold accents, reminiscent of Lily Pulitzer. The client's sons' room gets an added work area for homework.

The exterior of the home was updated with new shingles, color-matched board and batten for detail, and new double doors painted in a nautical blue. New pavers were selected with subtle coastal hues.
